Well, since I am kind of new at this, it's hard to know where to start, so I'll just start with some updates:
Owen: is doing very, very well. He is so close to crawling it's crazy. He's also starting to show that he has a little stubborn streak in him and tries to get his way. He now has 7 teeth and weighs over 20 pounds. He is happy and funny and thinks that saying "no" is a fun game. He is charming, social, kissable, and cute.....and he knows it!
Trevor: already looking forward and counting down to his motorcycle trip to the Smokey mountains this summer. Still at Walgreens. He is VERY happy that the nice weather is coming around so he can spend more time on his Harley.
Me: still trying to learn balance as a working mother. I did reduce my work schedule to 4 days per week, which I am totally loving. More time with my baby! Work is picking up as I am entering my busy season with the WHOA and outdoor adventure programs. I can't complain too much, though, I love being able to be outside and getting paid to do it. As for running/training, I haven't really been doing anything and am unsure of how many races I'll do this year (one for sure). Still trying to figure out the balance of "my own time".
Family News: I will be an Aunt again as my brother is expecting his first in October. Having another baby around will be awesome! Our niece returns from Slovakia in July.....we haven't seen her in close to a year and she has never met Owen, so we're looking forward to that!
That's pretty much it for now. I have no clue how often I will be able to do this.......it probably will be like my life....pretty random. Take care!
